Ahh World Cup.... It started out so nice... Won like hmm $400+++ happy like mad lo... Then things start to turn for the worse.. Czech players decided i won too much so they lost to the nice lil 3 time "Rain-Dancing" champions.. <-- (ok i noe a lil racist pardon me plz) Then the nice Pizza-Makers Country felt that they too strong so mus pang chance to the Fast Food Orginators Country make a draw.. These two clowns made me lost like hmm.. $300+? Ok nv mind... Then the Tabasco Sauce Country made so many reports that they will pia to the end to win Portugal yesterday since Portugal said they give up and dun wan to play liao. In the end Tabasco Sauce still lose 2-1.. $^&#@ Thats another $100+.. Lastly... Arrg... My fav Argentina missed soooo many chances yesterday to get Holland *at least they defended well against Holland though* in the end come out score 0-0... TWO BIG EGGS... !$#@#@ another $150+ gone.. So therefore total i lost like $200+++ and still counting.. ZzZzz (although i count myself lucky cos a few of my frens lost like $800++ E.A) Therefore i am starting to wonder if Singapore Pools got"paka" wif the World Cup to win money or not sia... Haix so much abt the World Cup... Let's see wad i promised to do when i am free.. 1. Finish layout of valerie's blog. 2. Do Mary's blog 3. Find a superb graphics card for zheng. 4. Find a cheap PSP for cyn 5. WATCH SCARY MOVIE 4!! Long list sia.. cos all this seems hard to do when i haven finish my project and IJ.. Not to mention bloody APEL 3.. I dun wan go honor's year 4... @_@

A curry-like dish where the prawns are cooked in a spicy coconut gravy.
ingredients
600 ml (1 pint) 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
30 ml (2 tbsp) yellow curry paste (see Cook's Tip)
15 ml (1 tbsp) fish sauce
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
5 ml (1 tsp) granulated sugar
450 g (1 lb) king prawns, shelled, tails left intact and deveined
225 g (8 oz) cherry tomatoes
juice of 1/2 lime, to serve
2 red chillies, cut into strips, to garnish
coriander leaves, to garnish
method
1. Put half the coconut milk into a pan or wok and bring to the boil.
2. Add the yellow curry paste to the coconut milk, stir until it disperses, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the fish sauce, salt, sugar and remaining coconut milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the prawns and cherry tomatoes. Simmer very gently for about 5 minutes until the prawns are pink and tender.
5. Serve sprinkled with lime juice and garnish with chillies and coriander.
To make yellow curry paste, process together 6 - 8 yellow chillies, 1 chopped lemon grass stalk, 4 peeled shallots, 4 garlic cloves, 15 ml (1 tbsp) peeled chopped fresh root ginger, 5 ml (1 tsp) coriander seeds, 5 ml (1 tsp) mustard powder, 5 ml (1 tsp) salt, 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon, 15 ml (1 tbsp) light brown sugar and 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil in a blender or food procesor. When a paste has formed, transfer to a glass jar and keep in the fridge.

Top hobby = EAT. So to me cookin is considered fun lo... =) The recipe u guys jus saw will be something i will be cooking tonite muhaha... Mum bought loads of prawns for me to experiment on todae sia.. Might be thinking of makin prawn bisque too wif the shells... Wahhh my stomach growling even by jus thinking of it liao... @_@ Ah shit... got some other stuff to do... Put some fillers for the post suan le... Show u guys wad i learnt to cook from a thai recipe webby..

Then went over to Simpang to eat .. Lol buay tahan the indian guy sia lol he super blur.. ask him got maggi soup. he say he dunno what is it.. Then i suan liao ask for kambing soup (mutton soup) then when he bring over the soup he forgot to put the mutton into the soup... King rite? lolx... Its as good as chicken rice forget to put chicken lor ^-^
Oh ya! Intro new singers to u guys... Taiwan has tis new female rock band... Ying Tao Bang! Chao Zhan sia.. Super hard to find their songs cos they are not schedule to be coming out so soon yet... Took me a day to find some of their songs nia..
